摘要
目的研究心理及康复护理干预在脑血栓患者中的应用效果及其临床价值。方法选取在我院进行诊治的60位脑血栓患者作为研究对象,对照组使用一般护理方式,实验组使用心理及康复护理干预方法。结果实验组神经功能缺损恢复的情况、运动能力、日常生活能力优于对照组,差异具有统计统意义。结论使用心理及康复护理干预进行脑血栓患者护理有很好的临床效果。
Objective To study the effect and clinical value of psychological and rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods Selected 60 patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital were selected as the research subjects. The control group was treated with general nursing, the experimental group used the psychological and rehabilitation nursing intervention methods. Results The experimental group recovery of neurological deficits, motor function and daily living ability were significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion Use of psychological and rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with cerebral thrombosis has a good clinical effect.
