摘要
以交错式航空增压器叶轮为研究对象,针对当前叶轮多轴加工及编程效率低下问题,基于多轴切削仿真技术,对其工艺方法及CAM编程进行优化,提出了一套可行、高效的多轴数控加工解决方案,经实际切削加工实验证实,增压器叶轮总体加工效率提高了45.54%,极大地节约了生产成本。
To improve the machining efficiency of multi-axis processing and programming for interlaced booster impeller of aero-engine,this paper presents a multi-axis CNC high-efficiency machining method through optimizing the process and program based on the technology of multi-axis machining.The result of actual machining experiments verifies the process can increase the machining efficiency by 45.54%,and the production cost is greatly reduced.
