基于拓扑理论的连接法兰结构优化设计

摘要 基于OptiStruct拓扑优化的理论和方法,建立了某机动平台的重要传动构件连接法兰结构简化后的拓扑优化有限元模型,得到了扭矩作用下的法兰最优材料分布结构形式,并对优化前后的法兰进行了静强度计算和对比分析。研究结果表明,优化后的法兰结构质量较优化前减轻了近20%,且结构强度满足设计要求;同时,验证了法兰拓扑优化数学模型的正确性以及将拓扑优化引入法兰结构设计这一思想的可行性,为法兰以及机动平台的轻量化设计提供了可行性参考。 Based on the OptiStruct topological optimization theory,the simplified finite element topology optimization model of the important connecting flange on a mobile platform was established,and the optimal material distribution of the flange under torque was determined.The static strength analysis of the flange structures before and after optimization was conducted.The results illustrate that the quality of the optimized flange reduces by about 20%,while the structural strength meets the design requirements.This work verifies the correctness of the optimized mathematical model and the feasibility of the connecting flange structure designed by topology optimization,provides a feasible reference for the lightweight design of flanges and mobile platforms.
