摘要
以某型罐车为数值模拟的研究对象,基于流固耦合理论,运用Fluent及Static Structural对其紧急制动工况下的应力应变状态进行分析,为设计人员提供设计参考,同时也完善国标中关于罐车设计载荷的评定规范。
This paper takes a fluid tank truck as the study object.Based on the fluid-structure interaction theory,the stress and deformation of the tank truck under the condition of emergency braking are numerically simulated and analyzed by use of Fluent and Static Structural,which can provide a reference for the designer,and perfect the evaluation specification of the designing load of the tank truck in the national standard.
