摘要
以多体动力学为基础,结合发射动力学,采用ADAMS软件与Workbench的联合仿真对火炮身管在发射过程中的动力学特性进行分析,综合考虑了衬瓦和身管的配合间隙、高低机齿轮啮合间隙和弹丸的质心偏移这3个因素对炮口振动的影响。通过大量的数值仿真,确定了多因素变量对炮口位移的影响程度。
Based on multi-body dynamics and launch dynamics,the dynamic characteristics of gun barrel in launch process are analyzed by co-simulation of ADAMS software and Workbench software.Three factors affecting the muzzle vibration are taken into account,which are the projectile mass center offset,the meshing gap of elevating mechanism and the gap between liner and barrel.Through a lot of numerical simulation,the multipul factors affecting the muzzle displacement are determined.
