摘要
基于OptiStruct求解器,对钣金件中出现的应力集中进行有限元分析与优化,在保证厚度一致的工艺要求下,给出应力集中区域的最佳几何形状,以提高其刚度和模态、降低应力集中,充分发挥材料的机械性能,为实际设计中的几何尺寸确定提供数值依据。
By use of OptiStruct solver,the stress analysis of a sheet metal part is conducted using the finite element method,and the stress field is optimized.Under the condition of guaranteeing the thickness of the part,the best shape of the stress concentration area is obtained,in order to improve its stiffness and reduce stress concentration.This work may provide a numerical basis for practical design of geometrical size of the sheet metal part.
