摘要
采用将桥式起重机主起升机构放置在桥架两侧端梁的布置方案,有效减轻了起重机移动小车的质量。通过双联卷筒多层缠绕且合理布置滑轮位置的方法,解决了在两侧端梁附近钢丝绳因偏角过大脱离绳槽的问题。一台起重量为50t的双梁桥式起重机小车的质量由原来的14.3t降低为5.5t,实现了桥式起重机小车的轻量化和绿色环保设计。
The scheme that the main hoisting mechanism of overhead traveling crane is placed at both ends of the main beam and the pulleys are placed in the right places is adopted to reduce the quality of the trolley effectively.The problem of wire rope jumping from slot caused by the large angle is solved by twin-drum mutli-layer winding.The weight of the car with 50 tlifting load is reduced from14.3tto 5.5t,achieving a lightweight and green design of trolley.
