摘要
针对海洋物探行业使用的拖曳电缆,研究设计了一种适合海洋复杂环境工作的电连接器水密结构。对其结构、密封原理及抗扭弯原理进行了简要的分析,采用类似迷宫式密封结构和刚柔兼备的密封结构等保证密封的可靠性,采用承力芳纶纤维楔形结构和钢丝网套抱紧缆体等保证电缆抗扭弯。工程应用表明:该电连接器水密结构可确保拖曳电缆在复杂海洋情况下工作时的水密要求。
Based on towed cable used in marine geophysical prospecting industry,a kind of electric connector watertight structure is designed,which is suitable for working under the complex marine environment.Its structure and sealing principle and torsional bending principle are briefly analyzed,a seal structure like a labyrinth and with hard and soft properties is used to ensure the sealing reliability,and wedge structure of aramid fiber and steel wire net holding the cable can ensure the torsional strength and bending strength of cable.Engineering application indicates that the electric connector watertight structure can meet the watertight demands of towed cable under the complex marine conditions.
