摘要
通过对35CrMo钢试样调质前后的显微组织和硬度变化情况进行分析,介绍了调质处理前后试验材料内部组织和硬度的变化情况,研究不同回火温度对35CrMo钢显微组织的影响。结果表明:调质处理后材料硬度明显提高,但随着回火温度升高,材料硬度下降;当回火温度达到620℃时,获得均匀回火索氏体组织,材料综合力学性能最佳。
The microstructure and hardness of 35 CrMo steel before and after quenching and tempering are analyzed,the changes of the internal organization and hardness are described,and the effects of different tempering temperature on the microstructure of35 CrMo steel are studied.The results show the hardness of quenched and tempered 35 CrMo steel significantly increases;but with the increase of the tempering temperature,the hardness decreases;when the tempering temperature reaches 620℃,it will get even tempered sorbite organization,with the best mechanical properties of materials.
