摘要
针对起重机金属结构的疲劳问题,结合现代理论和技术手段,总结出了起重机结构疲劳寿命评估技术路线,并对该技术路线作了一些理论研究,包括起重机模型的有限元分析、运用损伤力学推导疲劳裂纹形成寿命、在弹塑性断裂力学的基础上给出裂纹扩展模型。利用该模型可以更准确地估算起重机的剩余寿命,对于减少疲劳破坏事故的发生具有重要的意义。
To the fatigue problem of crane steel structure,combined with modern theory and technology,the crane structure fatigue life evaluation technique route was deduced in this paper.And some theory research was done according to the technology route.The finite element analysis of the crane model was carried out,the fatigue crack formation life was deduced using damage mechanics,the crack growth model was presented on the basis of the elastic-plastic fracture mechanics,the remaining life of the crane could be estimated more precisely.It has significant meaning for reducing the occurrence of the fatigue damage incident of crane.
