摘要
基于PLC设计了步进电机传动系统。利用位置控制向导,结合规划好的运动包络数据,配置高速脉冲PTO控制电机运行位置和速度。设计了主程序梯形图,编写了复位子程序、回原点子程序、电机运行子程序及急停处理子程序等。结果显示,步进电机可以精确定位,满足控制要求。
A stepper motor transmission system based on PLC is designed.The high-speed pulse PTO is configured by using position control wizard,which can control motor operating position and speed with the planned motion profile data.The main ladder is programmed.The initial subroutine,homing subroutine,motor operation subroutine and emergency stop processing subroutine are prepared.The results show that stepper motor can be precisely positioned,meet the control requirements.
