介绍了多轴数控加工投影矢量和刀轴控制中各种类型的使用方法、适用场合以及使用技巧,以便根据不同的产品曲面型面,正确选择相适应的投影矢量和刀轴控制类型。控制刀具与曲面间的接触方式,使加工曲面型面更高效、刀具受力更合理、加工质量更高,有效保障复杂曲面的加工精度。
This paper introduces the multi-axis NC machining projection vector,and the use of various tool axis control methods,to help us choose suitable projection vector and tool control method according to the product surface profile.Controlling the contact mode between tool and surface makes the processing of the curved surface profile more reasonable,more efficient,the machining quality of the workpiece more accuracy.
