摘要
目的：探讨康乐保造口护理粉及皮肤保护膜在肠造口周围皮炎中的应用效果。方法：通过回顾性分析我院2010年5月-2015年5月住院及门诊58例造口病人的资料,随机分为试验组30例和对照组28例,试验组应用康乐保造口护理粉及皮肤保护膜,对照组应用氧化锌软膏或皮炎平。结果：试验组的疗效高于对照组差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：康乐保护理粉和皮肤保护膜用于治疗造口周围皮炎有重要意义。
Objective：To discuss the application effect of Coloplast stoma care powder and skin protective film on dermatitis around after colostomy.Methods：Analyzed retrospectively 58 patients with stoma in our hospital from May 2010 to May 2015 and divided them into 30 cases of test group and 28 cases of control group.The test group used Coloplast stoma care powder and skin protective film;the control group used zinc oxide ointment or compound dexamethasone acetate.Results：The curative effect of test group was higher than that of control group;the differences had statistical significance（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Coloplast stoma care powder and skin protective film was significant to the treatment of dermatitis around after colostomy.
