品管圈在降低静脉用药调配中心排药差错率中的应用

Application of quality control circle to reducing the dispensing error rate of pharmacy intravenous admixture services

目的:探讨品管圈活动在降低静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)排药差错率中的应用效果。方法:按品管圈活动的十大步骤,成立品管圈,选定降低PIVAS排药差错率为活动主题,分析其原因,制订实行方案并组织实施。结果:PIVAS排药差错件数由方案实施前3个月498件减少到实施后3个月的176件,达到了预期目标值。在开展品管圈活动的过程中,圈员团结在一起,增强了团队协作精神、集体荣誉感、自信心、解决问题能力和积极性。结论:在PIVAS开展品管圈活动能不断发现、解决排药工作中的问题,有效降低排药差错发生率,提高品质服务质量。

Objective：To discuss the application effect of quality control circle activity on reducing the dispensing error rate of pharmacy intravenous admixture services（ PIVAS）.Methods：Set up quality control circle according to the ten steps of quality control circle activity,selected reducing PIVAS dispensing error rate as the activity theme,analyzed the reason,developed and carried out the plans.Results：PIVAS dispensing error number was reduced from 498 cases before three months the plan implementation to 176 cases after three months the plan implementation;the expected target value was achieved.During the implementation of quality control circle activity,circle members got united to strengthen team cooperative spirit,collective honor sense,confidence,ability of solving problems and positivity.Conclusion：The implementation of quality control circle in PIVAS could find and solve dispensing problems constantly,reduce the incidence rate of dispensing and improve service quality.
