品管圈在缩短急性心肌梗死急诊绿色通道停留时间中的应用

Application of quality control circle on shortening the retention time of acute myocardial infarction emergency green channel

目的:运用品管圈缩短急性心肌梗死急诊绿色通道停留时间。方法:开展以"提高急性心肌梗死急诊绿色通道停留时间合格率"为主题的品管圈活动,对164例急性心肌梗死患者在急诊绿色通道的停留时间进行了调查,分析原因,制定并落实相应的对策。观察品管圈活动后急性心肌梗死患者急诊绿色通道停留时间合格情况。结果:开展品管圈活动后急性心肌梗死急诊绿色通道停留时间合格率由活动前的53.66%提高至78.09%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动在缩短急性心肌梗死急诊绿色通道停留时间中效果显著,有效提高了急性心肌梗死的抢救效率,同时还有助于提升圈员的团队协作精神和质量管理能力。

Objective：To use quality control circle to shorten the retention time of acute myocardial infarction emergency green channel.Methods：Implemented the quality control circle activity with theme of ＂ improve the qualified rate of retention time of acute myocardial infarction emergency green channel＂,investigated the retention time of 164 patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency green channel,analyzed reason,developed and carried out related countermeasures.Observed the qualified condition of retention time of patients with acute myocardial infarction in emergency green channel after the quality control circle activity.Result：The qualified rate of retention time of acute myocardial infarction emergency green channel after the quality control circle activity increased from 53.66% before the activity to 78.09%,the differences had statistical significance（ P〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Quality control circle activity had obvious effect on shortening the retention time of acute myocardial infarction emergency green channel.It could improve the salvage rate of acute myocardial infarction,as well as increase the team spirit and quality management ability of circle members.
