摘要
川西中浅层开发水平井,特别是中江-高庙子地区水平井钻井工程仍然面临着机械钻速慢、轨迹控制难、复杂情况多、钻井周期长等技术难题。通过对井眼轨迹设计优化、钻头选型、井漏失处理、井壁失稳处理、窜气处理及固井中新工具研制等一系列钻井工艺优化对策的研究,实现了中浅层水平井钻井工程提速、提效和质量控制目标。该文的钻井对策研究不仅为中浅层安全高效钻井提供参考,也为钻井工程师现场钻井作业提供借鉴。
Horizontal drilling of Shallow Formation is still faced with technical problems such as mechanicaldrilling speed slow,trajectory control difficult,complex situation,drilling cycle was long,in Western Sichuan,especially in Zhongjiang-Gaomiaozi area. On the basis of well trajectory design and optimization,bit selection,drilling leakage treatment,wellbore stability treatment,gas leakage treatment and research new tools of cement-ing,the main of speed-up,improve efficiency and quality control of shallow formation horizontal is achieved.The research on the drilling strategy is not only a reference for the safety and high efficiency drilling in the shal-low formation,but also provides a reference for drilling engineers in the field drilling operation.
