优快钻井技术在滨660-斜53井的应用

摘要 滨660-斜53井位于滨660区块,该块目的层多为含砾砂岩,储层物性较差,为低渗油藏,地质条件复杂,前期完钻井位钻井周期和完井周期都很长,对钻井的提速提效造成较大的挑战。针对这些问题,从钻头选型、钻具组合优化、钻井液精细施工等方面入手,认真分析论证,并经过现场实践,形成了一套优快钻井技术。从滨660-斜53井实施效果来看,机械钻速相比邻井提高39.46%,建井周期缩短7天9小时,钻井周期缩短5天17小时,确保了本井的快速、优质、高效施工,为该区块后续井提供了宝贵的施工经验。 Target layer in Bin 660 block,appearing complex geological conditions,is predominantly comprised ofgravel rocks,which leads to long drilling cycle and completion period and is a great challenge. To resolve theseproblems,study and analysis is done by bit selection,drilling assembly optimization and fine construction of drill-ing fluid in the paper. In terms of application,the fast and optimized drilling technology is formed. In contrast toneighboring well,ROP increases 39.46%,well construction period shortens 7days and 9 9hours,and drilling cycleshortens 5days and 17 hours. The technology ensures fast,superior and efficient drilling operation. Moreover appli-cation of technology in well Bin660-xie53 becomes the important experience for the next operation in the block.
