摘要
为解决三元复合驱后油井垢问题,厘清三元复合驱后油井结垢的机理及垢的成分,研究发现了微量硒化钠"共轭"咪唑啉抑制无机酸腐蚀金属的规律,发明了油井清防垢剂的配方和防止方法,室内评价表明:清垢剂加量20~30 mg/L时,清垢率大于60%,防垢率大于95%;现场应用后,不仅解决了垢卡泵、井筒管杆的结垢问题,而且节约油井能耗。为其他油田解决同类问题提供了可借鉴的技术思路。
In order to solve the problems of oil well scaling after asp flooding,make clear scaling mechanism andthe composition of the scale,the study founded the law of the inhibition of inorganic acid corrosion of metal byconjugate the imidazoline with trace selenide sodium. Scale remover formula and the prevent method had been in-vented and the indoor evaluation shows that the antiscale rate would be more than 95% when the scale inhibitoradded amount 20 ~ 30 mg/L. The results of the study was applied in oil wells,which solved the problems ofscale stuck pump and shaft tube fouling,and saved the energy consumption of oil Wells. This study provided areference for other oilfields.
