摘要
段塞流是油田混输过程中比较常见的流型,可以描述为充满整个管道横截面的液塞与大气泡的交替流动,其不稳定性会引起管线中含气率和压降的急剧波动,呈现典型的不稳定性,特别是离开管线末端的大液塞会引起下游油气处理设备中的液位激烈波动。在油气混输工程中许多操作条件下,包括正常操作、启动、停输、清管、输送量变化以及沿线地形变化等都会出现段塞流。本文基于斜管式段塞捕集器在集输终端的应用进行探讨。
Slug flow is a common flow pattern during multiphase transportation of oilfield,which can be de-scribed as alternate flow of large air bubble and liquid slug full of the pipe cross-section. As a typical unstablecondition,it can cause rapid fluctuation of void fraction and pressure,especially the liquid slug leaving from thepipe ends will cause intense liquid level fluctuation of oil-gas treatment facilities. Slug flow will exists in many operating conditions of oil-gas transportation,including normal operation,start-up,shut-down,pigging,amountchanges and terrain changes. This thesis is based on applications of inclined-tube slug capturer in gathering andtransportation terminals.
