危险与可操作性分析方法(HAZOP)在实际应用中存在先天缺陷,提出将保护层分析(LOPA)融入HAZOP分析中,能进一步提高HAZOP分析的事故预防能力。介绍了LOPA基本方法,阐述LOPA融入HAZOP的衔接关系及分析步骤,结果表明,在HAZOP分析中融入LOPA方法,能实现对现有保护措施的可靠性进行量化评估,确定其消除或降低风险的能力,从而寻求是否需要附加减少风险的安全保护措施。

Hazard and operability analysis(HAZOP)is a practical use in the practical application of the inher-ent defects,A protective layer analysis(LOPA)is proposed for HAZOP analysis,which can further improve theHAZOP analysis of the accident prevention. This paper introduces the basic method of LOPA,This paper ex-pounds the connection between LOPA and the analysis steps of HAZOP.,The results show,Integration of LOPAmethod in HAZOP analysis,Can realize the reliability of existing protective measures to quantify assessment,The ability to determine the elimination or reduction of risk,So as to find the need to reduce the risk of safety pro-tection measures.
