55例乳腺癌全数字化乳腺摄影X线表现及病理对照分析

Comparative analysis of breast cancer full field digital mammography X-ray manifestations and pathology of 55 cases

目的:了解全数字化乳腺摄影X线诊断乳腺癌与病理结果的符合率,提高乳腺癌的全数字化乳腺摄影X线诊断水平。方法:总结了经手术证实的55例乳腺癌,X线表现与病理对照分析。结果:钼靶诊断乳腺癌47例,符合率85.45%(47/55),浸润性导管癌发病率最高,占85.45%;其次是导管内癌5.45%。结论:不同的X线表现是以不同的病理基础;全数字化乳腺摄影X诊断与病理诊断符合率高,有助于提高影像诊断乳腺癌的诊断水平。

Objective To understand the accuracy of full field digital mammography X- ray in the diagnosis of breast cancer and pathological results, improve the utility of full field digital mammography X- ray in diagnosis of breast cancer. Method Summarize theperformance by X- ray in 55 cases of breast cancer confirmed by operation and pathology.Results 47 cases of mammography in the diagnosis of breast carcinoma,the coincidence rate was 85. 45%（ 47 /55）,the highest incidence of invasive ductal carcinoma,accounting for 85. 45%; followed by 5. 45% intraductal carcinoma. Conclusion The X- ray manifestations of the difference is the pathological basis ofdifferent; the full field digital mammography in diagnosis of X and pathological diagnosis coincidence rate of high energy,which will help to improve the level of diagnosis of imaging in diagnosis of breast cancer.
