冠心病心绞痛患者血尿酸与超敏C-反应蛋白水平变化及相关性分析

Correlation between uric acid and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein level in patients with stenocardia

目的:研究冠心病心绞痛患者血尿酸与超敏C-反应蛋白水平变化及相关性。方法:选取收治的70例冠心病心绞痛患者,其中37例不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)患者,33例稳定型心绞痛(SAP)患者及30例非冠心病患者进行研究。其中非冠心病患者为对照组,将三组患者超敏C-反应蛋白及血尿酸水平进行比较,并各组患者超敏C-反应蛋白及血尿酸水平进行相关性分析。结果:检验后,UAP及SAP组患者超敏C-反应蛋白水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);UAP组患者超敏C-反应蛋白水平显著高于SAP组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);UAP及SAP组患者血尿酸水平均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01);UAP组患者血尿酸水平与SAP组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);经直线相关性分析,UAP组超敏C-反应蛋白及血尿酸水平呈正性相关(r=0.52,P<0.05);SAP组超敏C-反应蛋白及血尿酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(r=0.28,P>0.05)。结论:冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者血尿酸与超敏C-反应蛋白水平显著升高,并且两者呈正性相关,对于该病的诊断及治疗有指导意义。

Objective To study the Correlation between uric acid and high- sensitivity C- reactive protein level in patients with stenocardia. Method 70 cases of patients with stenocardia were selected,there were 37 cases of patients with unstable angina pectoris（ UAP）,and 33 patients were stable angina pectoris（ SAP） and 30 cases had no coronary heart disease,the non-coronary heart disease patients were selected as the control group,and then uric acid and high- sensitivity C- reactive protein level in the three groups of patients were compared and analyed. Results C- reactive protein levels of UAP and SAP group allergic were significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 01）; C- reactive protein of UAP group were significantly higher than that of the SAP group（ P〈0. 01）; Blood uric acid levels of Patients in the UAP and SAP groups were significantly higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 01）; Blood uric acid level of UAP patients had no significant difference compared with SAP group（ P〈0. 05）; The linear correlation analysis,C- reactive protein level were positively correlated with blood uric acid levels in UAP group（ r = 0. 52,P〈0. 05）; in the SAP group,C- reactive protein level had no significant correlation with blood uric acid（ r = 0. 28,P〈0. 28）. Conclusion Blood uric acid and C- reactive protein level in the unstable angina patients are increased significantly,and show positively correlation,have a guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
