集束化护理干预对社区获得性肺炎患者睡眠质量的影响

Nursing intervention for sleep quality of patients with pneumonia on the community impact

目的:运用集束化护理对社区获得性肺炎患者睡眠质量进行干预。方法:通过将社区获得性肺炎患者分为护理干预组和对照组,将两组患者的入院后的睡眠状态,运用焦虑量表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表打分,并对两组睡眠质量分别进行分析。结果:通过集束化护理的运用,结合患者的实际情况,有效改善了患者的睡眠质量。结论:通过集束化护理的运用,针对入院后患者的睡眠特点,对患者的生理方面、心理方面以及睡眠环境和健康宣教等方面进行了有效调节,从而改善了患者的睡眠状况,值得临床推广运用。

Objective Intervention sleep quality of patients who had Community Acquired Pneumonia by Bundle Nursing. Method The patients were divided into nursing intervention group and control group,two groups of patients＇ quality of sleep were analyzed by the anxiety index score and Pittsburgh sleep quality index score. Results Combined with the actual situation of patients,the sleep quality of patients were greatly improved through the use of Bundle Nursing. Conclusion The sleep characteristics of the patients and the patients physiological,psychological and sleep environment and health education are effective regulationed by the use of Bundle Nursing,and it is worthy of clinical application.
