品管圈对脑卒中患者良肢位摆放的干预效果研究

Effect of quality control circle in good limb position for stroke patients

目的:探讨护理品管圈活动在提高脑卒中患者良肢摆放准确率和患者满意度。方法:成立品管圈活动小组,通过主题选定、现状调查、目标设定、原因分析、制定并实施对策、检讨与改进等措施管理脑卒中患者良肢位摆放。结果:实施品管圈活动后,脑卒中患者良肢位的准确率、满意度分别为90.9%和98.2%,均显著高于活动实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),圈成员的综合素质也明显提升。结论:开展品管圈活动可降低脑卒中患者急性期良肢位摆放的错误率,并且圈员的综合能力亦得到了提高,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of nursing quality control circle activities in improving stroke patients in good limb placement accuracy and patients＇ satisfaction. Method Quality control circle group founded by the theme chosen to investigate the status quo,goal setting,analysis,development and implementation of measures to review and improve the management of stroke patients and other measures to put good limb position. Results After the implementation of quality control circles,stroke limb position good accuracy and satisfaction were 90. 9% and 98. 2%,respectively,significantly activities before the implementation,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）,the overall quality of ring members also improved significantly. Conclusion Quality control circle activities undertaken to reduce the acute phase of stroke in patients with benign and limb for displaying error rate,and overall ability of circle members has been improved,it is worthy of popularization and application.
