谷氨酸浓缩等电工艺中高流的回收利用

The Application of High Fraction in Concentrated Isoelectricity Process

摘要 研究针对由于谷氨酸提取工艺由原先的等电离交工艺向连续等电工艺转变,如何更好利用原有离交高流的问题。将离交高流与发酵液混合后,用此混合液进行连续等电试验,与使用谷氨酸发酵液进行等电法提取试验对比,结果表明,此混合液适用于连续等电工艺。因此采用此方法能够将剩余离交高流最大程度的利用。 Mainly studied on the problem of how to better use of the original high flow because of glutamic acid extraction process from the original isoelectricity process to continuous isoelectricity process. After mixed the high flow and the fermented liquid, the continuous isoelectricity experiment with the mixed liquor, and with the use of glutamic acid fermented liquid method extracting experiment comparison, the results showed that the mixed liquor is suitable for the continuous isoelectricity process. So using this method can be the best use of the original high flow.
