摘要
采用3︰1的硝酸和高氯酸混酸体系作为消化液进行样品消解,用火焰原子吸收法对牛奶和羊奶中钙、镁、铁、锌、锰五种元素进行了测定。并对二者五种元素含量的差别进行了比较。结果表明牛奶和羊奶中锌的含量大致相当,牛奶中铁、钙和镁的含量均低于羊奶,只有锰的含量略高于羊奶。
Trace elements such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Zn and Mn in milk and goat's milk were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The samples were digested by HNO_3-HClO_4 with a proportion of 3︰1. The result showed that the content of Zn in milk was similar to that in goat's milk. The content of Fe, Ca and Mg in milk were lower than those in goat milk. The content of Mn was slightly higher than that in goat milk.
