摘要
对应用较为广泛的三工位式红枣自动去核机增加了分选装置,能够实现去核前红枣的初步分级,提高去核机加工不同大小红枣时的适应性。使用Pro/E软件建立了分级式红枣自动去核机整机三维实体模型,重点介绍了分选滚筒和同步齿形带的设计过程,并运用其中的机构模块对槽轮机构进行了运动仿真分析,进而验证其输出运动是否满足红枣连续去核的设计要求。
The sorting device is increased on one kind of automatic red jujube pitter which has three positions. It can achieve the preliminary classification of nucleus and improve the pitter's adaptability when red jujubeswith different sizes are processed. Pro/Esoftware is used to set up three-dimensional solid model of classification type automatic red jujube pitter. It focuses on the design process of separation roller and timing belt. The mechanism modules finished the sheaves institutions motion simulation analysis to verify whether output motion is in line with design process or not.
