摘要
考虑在基于"互联网+"的新型消费市场中,结合我国废旧电子电器产品的回收问题,构建了由单一供应商和网络平台组成的E-闭环供应链,以此解决传统废旧产品回收过程中效率低下等问题。在E-闭环供应链中,分别对供应商主导的决策模式和网络平台主导的决策模式进行研究,对比了不同的领导力量和供应链渠道力量对均衡价格、服务水平和利润的影响。在此基础上,进一步研究E-闭环供应链的协调机制,设计一种供应商对网络平台的成本分担契约,找出了适当的成本分担比例的取值范围,实现了系统决策效率的改进。最后通过数值算例证明模型结论,并对模型做敏感性分析,提出相关管理启示和建议。文章研究成果将进一步丰富完善E-闭环供应链的理论基础,有利于学者的进一步深入研究。
In view of the new " Internet + " consumer market and the problems in waste electrical and electronic product recycling,an E- CLSC is constructed which consists of single supplier and network platform in order to solve the inefficiency in traditional recycling. Within the framework of E- CLSC,supplier- leading decision model and network platform- leading decision model are respectively studied while the effects of different leading forces and supply chain channels on equilibrium price,service level and profits are compared,based on which the coordination mechanism of E- CLSC is further studied,a contract is designed for suppliers to share the cost with network platform,the value range of reasonable cost sharing is set up,and the system decision efficiency is improved. This model is demonstrated with numerical examples and analyzed in terms of sensitivity before relevant management implications and recommendations are put forward. The research results are expected to enrich E- CLSC theoretical foundation and benefit further research.
