Optimization of Headbox Structure of Double Nip Thickener

双压区浓缩机自从研制成功以来,以其良好的浓缩效果得到了广泛的应用。由于流浆箱上浆不均匀,浆层厚度不均,导致滤网频繁跑偏,磨损严重,出浆浓度不稳,严重影响了双压区浓缩机的使用性能。本文阐述了对其流浆箱的改进设计,为解决这一技术难题提出了一种新的方法。

Double nip thickener has been widely used since the successful development of good concentration ef ect. Because the uneven pulp of headbox, uneven thickness on the wire, resulting in frequent deviation i lter, badly worn, the pulp concentration instability has seriously af ected the performance of double nip thickener. In order to solve this technical problem, the headbox is improved in design and a new approach is presented.
