摘要
针对造纸行业中卫生纸机吨纸耗汽量高的问题,提出了以步进电机替代可调式热泵中气动薄膜执行机构的方案,并在卫生纸机改造中作了初步应用,通过现场验证,该方案吨纸汽耗降低约20%,具有可观的经济效益。
Aiming at the problem of high steam consumption of the tons of paper at paper machine, put forward a kind of stepper motor instead of the adjustable heat pump pneumatic diaphragm actuator. And it has been used in the transformation of toilet paper, through on-site verii cation, the proposed scheme can reduce the air consumption of about 20% tons, with considerable economic benefits.
