摘要
随着城市地铁盾构施工的发展,在盾构传统始发过程中,由于需要人工凿除钢筋混凝土围护结构,在安全、经济、生态等方面造成了一系列问题.玻璃纤维筋替代钢筋,盾构可以对其直接切削,实现了盾构的无障碍始发.以北京地铁16号线某标段为工程依托,在玻璃纤维筋的设计方面采用室内试验的方法确定其力学参数.在现场施工方面,采用理论计算和施工经验结合的方法对关键节点进行了叙述.盾构直接切削玻璃纤维筋围护结构,实现了盾构的无障碍始发,取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益.
With the development of city construction, the metro shield project is increasing.Conventionally,due to the needs to engrave the retaining structure of reinforced concrete in the process of shield-driven,it may cause a series of problems in safety,economy,ecology and other aspects. Shield can cut the retaining pile using glass fiber reinforced polymer to replace fixture,which implement barrierfree originating of shield. Based on a bid-section of Beijing metro line 16 the mechanical parameters of glass fiber reinforced polymer for design are determined by using laboratory test method and the method combined with theoretical calculation and construction experience is adoped in the key nodes of site construction. The technology of originating construction for shield tunnel based on retaining structure with glass fiber reinforced polymer acquires favourable economic and social benefits in practical application.
