摘要
我国政府为了改善城市低收入居民的居住条件,从开发建设"安居房、康居房"、"经济适用房、两限房"到"廉租房、公共租赁住房"采取了多种政策.针对北京市目前公共租赁住房修缮中存在的问题,借鉴国内外的先进经验,综合采用了文献综述法、案例分析法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实地考察法,得到一些分析结论,并为政府部门加强公共租赁住房修缮管理提出了政策建议.
In order to improve the living conditions of low-income urban residents,the government of China has adopted various policies from the development and construction of "comfortable housing ","economically affordable housing"and"house of‘two limits'( in price and habitable area) "to "lowrent housing "and "public rental housing ". The study makes comprehensive use of literature review method, case analysis method, expert interview method, questionnaire survey method and field investigation method to get some conclusions. The research scope mainly aims at the existing problems in the current public rental housing repair in Beijing. Besides,the lessons are drawn from the advanced experience both at home and abroad and the policy suggestions for the government departments to strengthen the management of public rental housing repair are put forwand in the paper.
