供应商的评价机制是医院耗材采购供应体系的重要组成部分。以产品性状、供应商愿望、供应商实力和供应商保障能力等为考核指标,通过权重分析和统计,研究对耗材供应商的综合评价方法,实现对供应商的分级管理,达到以较低的物流成本、良好的售后服务、满意的质量控制,完成耗材供应保障的目的。

Supplier evaluation mechanism is an important part of the hospital consumables procurement and supply system. By initiating evaluation indexes, which include product properties, suppliers, the wish of suppliers, and suppliers support capability, by means of weight analysis and statistics, the research focused on the comprehensive evaluation method for material suppliers so as to realize the classification management of suppliers as well as to achieve satisfactory quality control with lower logistics cost and good after-sales service, and to reach the goal of ensuring consumables supply.
