Practice of Medical Service Platform for the Elders Living at Home based on Information Technology

我院在医院信息化诊疗辅助系统的基础上,结合利用互联网技术以及大数据技术的移动性,通过搭建医院的居家老年医疗健康服务平台,为老年患者提供就诊导医、疾病教育、续药上门、紧急呼叫等服务,实现了优质医疗服务点的前移,有利于提高医院的运行效率和社会满意度。

Based on the hospital information system and medical auxiliary system, Rui Jin Hospital, Lu Wan Branch established a medical service platform for the elders living at home and combined the platform with the use of Internet technology and mobility of large data technology. The platform can provide elderly patients with services such as referral to treatment, appointment auidance, health knowledge education, prescription renewal, and emergency on-call etc. The integrated service platform moves the high-quality medical service to the forefront and helps improve the running efficiency of the hospital and social satisfaction with the hospital service.
