The paper studies the existing conditions and problems with MSA E-government development and analyzes its direction toward one-stop e-government and the needs for improvement, aiming at further optimizing MSA work flow, enhancing the service standard of maritime administration and promoting the further development of the Three Orientations Development of MSA.
