摘要
在初步的研究中,新藤黄酸的抗肿瘤作用取得了良好的效果,它的诸多优点如抗癌谱广和毒性较低等使得其成为具有前景的抗癌药物.本研究将对NGA的基本结构、分离提取及具体的抗肿瘤作用及其发现的抗肿瘤机制进行综述.
In a preliminary study,the anti-tumor effect of neogambogic acid（ NGA） has achieved good results,and its many advantages such as broad anti-cancer spectrum and less toxicity make it a promising agent. This review will focus on the basic structure,the extraction,anti-tumor mechanisms and effects.
