术后转运途中使用保暖袋对老年患者麻醉苏醒期低温寒战的影响

Effect of using thermal bag on hypothermy and shiver in elderly patients in anesthesia recovery period during postoperative transit

目的:探讨术后转运途中使用保暖袋对老年患者麻醉苏醒期低温寒战的影响.方法:将60例行股骨粗隆间骨折闭式复位髓内钉内固定术的老年患者,随机分为观察组(n=30)和对照组(n=30).观察组在麻醉术后转运途中及苏醒期使用保暖袋+普通盖被保温;对照组在麻醉术后转运途中及苏醒期使用普通盖被保温.观察两组患者麻醉苏醒期低温寒战的发生率及不同时间的体温变化.结果:观察组老年患者低温发生率为20.00%,寒战发生率为13.33%,对照组低温发生率为73.33%,寒战发生率为46.67%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组术后不同时间体温均高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:术后转运途中使用保暖袋可避免或降低老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者麻醉苏醒期低温、寒战的发生,并有助于维持其术后体温的相对恒定.

AIM： To investigate the effect of thermal bag on hypothermy and postoperative shivering in elderly patients in anesthesia recovery period in transit. METHODS： Sixty elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture and treated with intramedullary nail internal fixation were randomly divided into observation group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 30）. In transit and during anesthesia recovery period,the observation group used thermal bag and common blanket to keep warm,while the control group only used common blanket. Incidence of hypothermy and postoperative shivering in anesthesia recovery period and temperature changes in different time were compared between the two groups. RESULTS： For the elderly patients in the observation group,the incidence of hypothermy was 20. 00%,and incidence of shiver was 13. 33%; the incidence of hypothermy of control group was 73. 33%,and the incidence of shiver was 46. 67%,with statistically significant differences between the two groups（ P〈0. 05）. The postoperative temperature of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than that of patients in the control group,with statistically significant differences（ P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION： Using thermal bag in postoperative transit can reduce the incidence of hypothermy and shivering in elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture in anesthesia recovery period,and it is beneficial for maintaining the postoperative temperatures.
