摘要
目的探讨口腔恶性肿瘤患者韧性的影响因素及其与生活质量的相互关系。方法选取110例口腔恶性肿瘤患者,采集一般资料,对韧性、生活质量进行问卷式调查,并分析影响因素。结果不同人口学特征可显著影响患者的韧性,其中性别、职业、婚姻情况为主要的因素,此外积极的应对方式及社会支持的程度等也是影响韧性的重要因素。口腔恶性肿瘤患者的韧性水平与生活质量正相关。结论护理人员可根据不同个体制订相应策略进行心理疏导,提供正面支持,从而提高患者韧性,改善生活质量。
Objective To investigate the influence factors of resilience in patients with malignant tumor of urinary system and relationship of resilience and the quality of life. Methods Totally 110 patients with oral malignant tumor were selected,and the general information was collected. The resilience and quality of life was investigated,and the influencing factors were analyzed. Results The differences in demographic characteristics can significantly affect the resilience of patients,and gender,occupation,marital status were the main factors. In addition,positive coping style and social support degree were also the impact factors of resilience. Resilience and quality of life were related in oral malignant tumors. Conclusion Nursing staff can provide positive support for the psychological guidance,which can increase resilience and improve the quality of life in patients with malignant tumor of urinary system.
