心理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的影响

Efficacy of psychological intervention on quality of life in gynecological malignant tumor patients with chemotherapy

目的探讨心理干预对妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2015年6月间收治的59例恶性肿瘤化疗患者,按照随机数字表法分为试验组(30例)和对照组(29例),试验组患者接受1个月的心理干预,对照组患者接受常规护理。采用生活满意度指数Z、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表于护理前后进行评分,比较两组患者各量表评分差异。结果护理后,试验组患者的焦虑和抑郁评分显著低于对照组,生活质量评分显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论心理干预可以有效改善化疗药物所引起的不良反应,提高妇科恶性肿瘤化疗患者的生活质量,减轻抑郁和焦虑等消极情绪。

Objective To explore the efficacy of psychological intervention on quality of life in gynecological malignant tumor patients with chemotherapy. Methods From January 2015 to June 2015 in The First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University,59 gynecological malignant tumor patients undergoing chemotherapy were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into experimental group（ n = 30） and control group（ n = 29）. Life Satisfaction lndex Z（ LSIZ）,self-rating anxiety scale（ SAS）,self-rating depression scale（ SDS） were compared between the two groups. Results Levels of anxiety and depression in the patients of the experimental group was significantly lower than those of the control group,and quality of life was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant differences（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can effectively improve the side effects caused by chemotherapy drugs,improve the quality of life of patients with gynecological malignant tumor chemotherapy and reduce the negative emotions,such as depression and anxiety.
