摘要
报告了一个创新设计案例并反思。针对纯电动汽车产业发展的关键问题,提出了创新性的设计愿景和策略。论述了纯电动汽车的产业背景和充电模式,通过对大规模市场用户需求分析和典型案例研究,发现充电的便利性是产业发展的瓶颈,由此定义超常快充的设计愿景和目标,提出相应的纯电动汽车设计思路和策略,并按此策略完成样机开发和检测,实现充电15分钟,80公里/小时等速续航431公里设计目标,形成一项设计驱动的突破性创新,为突破产业发展瓶颈问题提供了方向。基于此实践案例,展开了产业的战略机遇、创新的民族自信和设计的范式转型等方面的讨论和反思。
An innovation design case is reported with related reflections. Regarding to key issues in the industry of battery electric vehicle(BEV), a novel vision and design strategies of BEV are defined. Industrial background and recharging patterns of BEV are introduced. By analysis of users' need of mass market and a case study, usability of charing is identified as a bottleneck of BEV industry. Hence a vision and objectives of rapid charging are defined, leading to respective design strategies and ideas. finally a prototype is developed and officially tested. The test result indicates that the prototype has 431 km range in speed of 80km/h with only 15 min charge once. It is a design-driven radical innovation, which provides a valid routine to break the bottleneck of BEV industry. With the case, it has some reflection in terms of strategic opportunity of BEV industry, confidence in innovation and transformation of design paradigm.
