摘要 覆冰对我国南方电网输变电设施造成了相当严重的影响,本文综合考虑了外部环境与冰层的对流和辐射换热、重力以及导线表面的水滴流失等因素的影响,建立了短路电流融冰的CFD数学物理模型。对不同热流密度下冰层的融化情况进行了模拟。研究结果表明,热流密度的线性增大并未造成融冰单位耗时和融冰总耗时的线性减少;在融冰过程最后阶段,单位耗时大于其他阶段,这种趋势在小热流密度融冰过程中尤为明显。 Ice-freezing has the negative influence on the electric transmission and transformation equipments of southern power grid in China. Considering the effects of heat convection, radiation heat transfer, gravity and detachment of water droplet from the wire surface, a short circuit ice-melting CFD model is set up in this paper. The ice-melting processes under different current intensity were simulated. The results show that, the unit time consuming and whole process time consuming did not decrease linearly with the linear grow of current intensity. The unit time consuming at the end of the ice melting process is the largest, and the same trend is more obvious in the lower current intensity ice-melting process.
