桂枝麻黄各半汤配合穴位贴敷治疗风寒型荨麻疹

Evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi decoction combined with acupoint application in patients with Urticaria of cold syndrome

目的探讨经方桂枝麻黄各半汤配合穴位贴敷治疗风寒型荨麻疹的临床疗效。方法将80例患者按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。观察组予经方桂枝麻黄各半汤及中药磁贴贴敷,对照组予盐酸西替利嗪片。2组均以10 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察治疗前后的症状积分、复发率、不良反应和疗效。结果观察组的总有效率为90.00%,高于西药组的77.50%(P<0.05);治疗5、10、30 d后2组的症状积分较本组治疗前均下降(P<0.05,P<0.01),观察组在同一时间点的改善优于西药组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为9.09%,低于对照组的66.67%,且观察组未出现不良反应。结论经方桂枝麻黄各半汤配合穴位贴敷治疗风寒型荨麻疹的临床疗效优于单纯西药治疗,并能缓解患者的症状,降低复发率。

Objective To observe the effects of evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi decoction combined with acupoint application in patients with urticaria of cold syndrome. Methods Eighty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,forty cases in each group. The observation was treated by evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi decoction combined with acupoint application,the control group was treated by Hydrochloric acid hydrochloride tablets.Ten days was taken as a course of treatment,and the observation included three courses. Their symptom score,recurrence rate,adverse reactions and clinical curative effect were observed and analyzed comparatively. Results The total effect rate of observation group was 90. 00%,there was statistical differences compared with control group 77. 50%（ P〈0. 05）; their symptom score decreased after treatment（ P〈0. 05,P〈0. 01）,the observation group improved better than control group at the same time point,there were statistical differences between them（ P〈0. 05）; the recurrence rate of observation group was 9. 09%,there was statistical differences compared with control group 66. 67%（ P〈0. 05）,and there was no adverse reaction in observation group. Conclusion Evenly divided Mahuang Guizhi decoction combined with acupoint application has an obvious therapeutic effect in patients with urticaria of cold syndrome,it can relieve clinical symptom,the recurrence rate is low.
