槐杞黄颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

Clinical observation of Huaiqi Huang particle in treating children recurrent respiratory infection

目的:观察槐杞黄颗粒治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染的疗效。方法:将60例患儿随机分为2组各30例。对照组常规抗感染治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上口服槐杞黄颗粒治疗。观察2组患儿有效率、6个月内呼吸道感染的例数、人均累及呼吸道感染次数及呼吸道感染天数。结果:治疗组有效率82.76%,对照组57.14%,2组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05),6个月内反复呼吸道感染的数、人均累及呼吸道感染次数及呼吸道感染天数治疗组明显少于对照组,2组比较,差异有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论:槐杞黄颗粒可减少小儿反复呼吸道感染次数,缩短反复呼吸道感染天数,值得临床推广使用。

Objective： To observe the clinical effect of Huaiqi Huang particle in treating children recurrent respiratory infection. Method： The 60 cases with children recurrent respiratory infection were divided two groups. Routine anti-infection treatment was used in the control group. Huaiqi Huang particle was used in the treatment group as addition. Effective rate, respiratory infection people in 6 months, per capita involving the respiratory tract infection and infection days. Result： The effective rate of the treatment was 82.76%, the control group was 57.14%. The difference was significant（P〈0.05）, the number of six-month recurrent respiratory tract infections, per capita involving the respiratory tract number of infections and respiratory infections days treatment group was significantly less than the control group, two groups, the difference was significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Huaiqi Huang particles may reduce the number of children with recurrent respiratory infections, recurrent respiratory tract and shorten the number of days of infection, is worthy of clinical use.
