逍遥散配方颗粒与传统饮片治疗肝郁血虚证等效性临床观察

Comparison of clinical effect between formula granule and traditional sliced of Xiaoyao powder

目的:对逍遥散配方颗粒与传统饮片的临床疗效进行对比,为二者的临床应用奠定基础。方法:选取于我院就诊的肝郁血虚证108例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组54例,对照组给予逍遥散传统饮片,观察组给予逍遥散配方颗粒,1剂/d,早晚2次分服,整个疗程维持2周,用药期间2组患者均不接受其他治疗,观察2组病症的改善状况,对比2组临床疗效。结果:用药2周后,观察组治愈19例,显效22例,好转13例,有效率100%。对照组治愈18例,显效24例,好转12例,有效率100%。结论:逍遥散配方颗粒和传统饮片煎剂均能显著改善肝郁血虚患者的临床症状,疗效相当。

Objective： To compare the clinical effect between formula granule and traditional sliced of Xiaoyao powder, and to provide the evidence for the clinical application. Methods： 108 case of patients were divided into two groups. The group with stagnation of the liver-qi and blood-deficiency was selected as observation group, who were treated with formula granule of Xiaoyao powder. The other group with stagnation of the liver-qi and blood-deficiency were selected as control group during the same period, who received treatment with traditional sliced of Xiaoyao powder. The medicines were used twice a day at the morning and night with a dose of medicine at the right amount. The treatment lasted two weeks. The efficacy of two groups were observed and compared. Results： After treatment of two weeks, 19 patients recovered, 22 patients were effective and13 patients were improved, with a total effective rate of 100% in the observation group. 18 patients recovered, 24 patients were effective and12 patients were improved, with a total effective rate of 100% in the control group. Conclusion： formula granule and traditional sliced of Xiaoyao powder were able to improve the clinical symptoms of patients with stagnation of the liver-qi and blood-deficiency, and show the similar trend.
