摘要
该文介绍了利用流式细胞仪表征造纸涂布损纸中疏水性颗粒的情况,并评价了化学品对于涂布胶乳(俗称白树脂)控制效果;同时将流式细胞仪测试结果与传统的湿部测试如浊度、电荷需求量进行了对比。结果显示,流式细胞仪是一种可以用来更好地反映造纸系统中疏水性颗粒的真实分布及相应化学品控制剂对于其控制效果的工具。
In this paper, flow cytometry was introduced to map hydrophobic particles in a fine paper machine and evaluate chemical performance on coating latex(white pitch) control. Traditional wet-end measurement like turbidity and charge demand were compared with results from flow cytometry. Results showed that flow cytometry is good tool to map hydrophobic particles phenomena in paper making system and evaluate different broke control chemicals performance on coated broke control.
