双酚A暴露对iNOS基因缺失实验鼠生殖能力的影响

摘要 目的研究双酚A(bisphenol A,BPA)对诱导型一氧化氮合酶(inducible nitric oxide synthase,iNOS)基因缺失实验鼠(iNOS-/-)生殖能力的影响。方法选取基因型实验鼠(iNOS+/+)和iNOS-/-实验鼠分别配对,计算每窝子鼠的数量及性别比例,然后选取幼鼠强饲(oral gavage)BPA 100和200μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1),共13d,统计实验鼠的排卵数量。结果 2种实验鼠生产仔鼠数量和仔鼠雌雄比例差异无统计学意义,iNOS-/-对照组和iNOS+/+200μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)实验组卵细胞数高于iNOS+/+100μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)实验组(P<0.05);iNOS-/-实验鼠200μg·kg^(-1)·d^(-1)实验组排卵细胞数量明显少于其他5组(P<0.05)。结论 iNOS基因缺失未导致小鼠生育能力和子鼠雌雄比例的明显异常;BPA暴露导致iNOS+/+和iNOS-/-实验鼠排卵数量下降,提示iNOS具有保护雌鼠在卵细胞成熟及排卵免受BPA负面的影响。
