摘要肥胖相关性肾病（obesity related glomerulopathy,ORG）是一种与肥胖相关的疾病,超质量和肥胖可导致肾脏血流动力学、肾脏结构和组织病理学的改变,从而引起慢性肾脏病甚至进展至终末期肾衰竭[1]。随着ORG发病率的增高,国内外关于ORG的研究逐渐增多。ORG的治疗越来越受到重视。
