摘要 代谢组学作为对机体的动态代谢状态进行定量测定的技术,可用于对代谢谱和代谢通路动态的分析、寻找疾病相关的生物标志物、测定机体内药物引起的代谢改变、探寻疾病发病机制。近年来,代谢组学已开始被应用于结核病的诊断、治疗、病原学、发病机制等方面的研究中。因此,作者对代谢组学在结核病诊疗和病原学研究领域的进展进行综述,并初步探讨其在临床应用和研究中的重要意义。 Metabolomics, which is defined as the new quantitative measurement of the dynamic metabolic changes, has been used to analyze the metabolic profiling or network, detect the latent disease-associated biomark- ers, characterize the metabolic response to a drug, or uncover the pathogenesis of different diseases. Recently, metabolomics techniques have been applied on several fields, including diagnosis, treatment, etiology and pathogen- esis. This paper summarizes the research trends in diagnosis, treatment and etiology of tuberculosis and analyzed the significance of the metabolomics techniques in the process of its clinical application and research work.
