蛋白质组学在结核性胸腔积液诊断中的现状及进展 被引量:1

摘要 蛋白质组学的快速发展,为研究更快速、准确、简单的诊断结核性胸腔积液(tuberculous pleural effusion,TPE)的方法提供了技术及理论基础。作者回顾了当前主流的蛋白质组学相关技术及近年来结核病及结核性胸腔积液相关蛋白质组学的研究。指出,目前仅在结核性胸腔积液中表达的特异性蛋白尚未确定,但从结核病患者血清、胸腔积液等体液中能分析出较非结核性疾病患者体液的差异性蛋白,有望通过蛋白质谱的比较分析,寻找到结核性相关特异性蛋白,进而发现新型结核性胸膜炎诊断标志物。 The rapid development of proteomics has provided technical and theoretical basis to study more rapid, accurate and simple method of tuberculous pleural effusion. This article reviewed the current mainstream of techniques for the proteomics and the proteomic research of the tuberculosis and tuberculous pleural effusion in re- cent years. The analysis indicates that the special protein only expressed in tuberculous pleura1 effusion have not been found so far. However, the difference protein can be analyzed from TB patients serum and pleural effusion to the con- trol group. From these difference proteins, the tuberculous pleurisy related specific proteins will be found by the pro- tein mass spectrometry analysis. Furtherly we hope to seek found e new tuberculous pleurisy diagnostic markers.
