摘要 为解决电力骨干传输网带宽瓶颈和光缆资源紧张的现状,保证电力骨干通信网具有较强的可持续发展能力,确保后期电力骨干OTN网络工程设计高质量、标准化,国家电网公司2015年9月正式发布执行Q/GDW 11373—2015《光传送网(OTN)设计规范》。以满足智能电网通信需求为基本目标,从电力OTN网络规划的传输容量、接入能力、网络性能以及安装要求等方面,解读OTN网络规划原则。对网络设计中的传送平面、传输系统、网络保护等关键设计要求进行规范,明确具体的OTN网络性能指标参数要求,对机房布置、设备排列、线缆布放等工程建设中的设计、实施要求提出明确的指导意见,为规范电力OTN网络建设中相关的技术理论、工程设计、设备安装、运行维护等方面的需求提供重要依据。 In order to reduce the bottleneck caused by the backbone power communication network bandwidth, to relieve the shortage of the cable resources, to equip the backbone power communication network with sustainable development capability and to guarantee high quality and standardization of the later related network engineering design, SGCC officially released Q/GDW 11373—2015 "Design specification for OTN" in September, 2015. As well as to meet the need of the smart grid communication, the principle of power OTN's(optical transport network) network planning is explained from the aspects of its transmission capacity, access capability, network performance and installation requirements, etc. The key network design requirements of transmission plane, transmission system and network protection, etc. are specified. And the design and implementation of the OTN project are guided by defining the OTN network performance index parameters requirements including communication room layout, equipment arrangement and cable laying, etc., which also provides important basis for satisfying the needs of technique theory, engineering design, equipment installation and operation maintenance when regulating the rules of power OTN's network construction.
